Stem Cell Therapy is proving to be Breakthrough Treatment options in Numerous Chronic Diseases

Stem cells are found throughout the body and are responsible for a variety of human diseases. When they are injured or destroyed, they can be regenerated from a patient's own body. Stem cells have the potential to replace damaged or dead cells, which is why they are called "stem" cells. Stem cells are also responsible for many of the functions in our bodies. These stem cells are found in the bone marrow where they make antibodies, produce new blood cells, fight infections and hormones, among other things.

Stem Cell Therapy is a new approach to a number of medical conditions that involve the generation and use of new stem cells. This technology has the potential to help treat many different types of medical problems. Although the Stem Cell Therapy is still relatively in its infancy, it has already produced results that are promising. It is believed that the future of medicine lies in the use of stem cells, specifically in the areas of disease and health care. Stem cells are also being used to treat severe injuries and to prevent serious diseases like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.

Stem cell therapy can be divided into three major types pediatric use, adult stem cell therapy, and Hematological use. Pediatric uses stem-cell products to treat very sick children, such as leukemia and childhood cancer. The adult stem-cell therapy is used to treat patients with chronic diseases, like heart disease, psoriasis, arthritis, etc. And the last, and most interesting type of stem cell therapy are Hematological or Blood cell therapy, which is used to treat chronic or irreparable blood disorders like thalassemia, leukemia, lymphoma, and autoimmune disorders. There are a plethora of R&D activities being carried in stem cell therapy across the globe. Recently, the first patient was enrolled for Phase II clinical trial to evaluate stem cell therapy for the treatment of traumatic injuries at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
