Cellular rubber is highly versatile and functional polymer material that do not degrade easily

Cellular rubber is also known as polyisoprene. It is a type of synthetic foam rubber that is increasingly used in a wide range of industrial applications. This means it has a very simple cell structure. Unlike regular synthetic rubber, this is very similar to the natural cellular rubber found in cow's feet and other mammals

It is highly versatile, as well as highly functional, as it does not degrade in any way and its surface can be very flat, smooth, or have an irregular texture, depending on the application. There are two major benefits of using cellular rubber. The first benefit is that unlike most synthetic materials, it maintains a relatively high degree of elasticity, meaning it can expand and contract, but does so in a very controlled way. This means that it provides good resistance to deformation when it is exposed to heat, cold, chemicals, and ozone. Ozone and other chemicals that attack and damage other types of material can weaken the structural integrity of synthetic materials, and ozone is responsible for this in all kinds of instances.

The second benefit of using this rubber in industrial applications is that it provides very good insulating properties. It is very effective at keeping heat and cold outside, but it also contains a unique chemical reaction that allows it to produce high levels of insulation when the temperature becomes very cold. This is ideal for making insulation foam since it makes it possible for even a cold metal to become warm. This is especially important in applications where high levels of insulation are needed since air conditioning can quickly deplete the level of insulation that is not applied.

Several types of natural cellular rubber are mixed with other synthetic materials. Two of these are polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), and each of these has its benefits. This rubber can be produced by using two main methods: cold processing and hot manufacturing.
